Notes
During our wedding week, Cedar Key will be hosting its annual Old Florida Celebration of the Arts festival on Saturday and Sunday, so there will be an abnormally large number of visitors. Don't worry, they're not coming to the wedding.
If you plan to cook or eat in at your accommodation, or just want to have snacks handy, then, since there is no grocery store in Cedar Key, you'll need to buy groceries in Chiefland (at Walmart) or Gainesville (at Publix); it's best to pick them up on the way in from the airport. In an "emergency," there is a Dollar General about 10 minutes out of Cedar Key on the left, just after the second Marathon gas station, which has basic groceries and snacks.
